VadaXchange software has been tested and approved to run in certain VMWare environments as well as in OpenVZ virtual private servers. This is suitable for small and medium size enterprises up to 100 extensions.
Cloud providers approved by Vadacom will establish a virtual private VadaXchange for every business customer. That system will be deployed into your WAN and can be integrated into your unique business environment.
The VadaXchange in the cloud offering is unique. It offers businesses the same experience as owning a PABX together with an advanced unified communications system, without any of the old TDM systems or servers on your premises. You get to have and manage the whole phone system, with phone lines, ability to fully manage your business call flow, a full contact centre offering with ACD agents, calling queues and reports, as well as call recordings and quality control.
